Return Window

You may request a return within 5–7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
  • In their original packaging, with any tags, accessories, and free items included.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or technical reasons, including:

  • Components that have been soldered, programmed, modified, or physically damaged after delivery.
  • Static-sensitive parts whose sealed anti-static packaging has been opened.
  • Custom-ordered, cut-to-length, or specially sourced items.
  • Clearance or final-sale products marked as non-returnable at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After a quick review, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  • Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and send it back, or hand it to our courier if a pickup is arranged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or via your preferred method, typically within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order. For damaged or defective items, we will replace the same product where stock is available.
