XL4015 5A DC-DC Voltage Regulator Supply Module With Display

The XL4015 Digital Display DC-DC Adjustable Voltage Stepper is a high-efficiency, low-ripple voltage converter. This DC-DC module functions as both a voltage reducer and voltmeter, supporting loads up to 5A and operating at a fixed 180kHz frequency. It allows smooth adjustment of input and output voltages, which are displayed on the built-in digital screen. The module accepts an input voltage of 4–38V and lets you set the output voltage between 1.25V and 36V using the onboard trimpot. It also includes built-in protections against overheating and short circuits for safe operation.

Voltmeter Calibration

Adjust the XL4015 voltmeter for precise readings using the following steps:

• Output Voltage Calibration:
  1. Press the right button until the OUT LED lights. Hold for 2 seconds to enter calibration mode.
  2. Press the right button to increase the voltage, left button to decrease. Each unit change is 0.1V.
  3. Hold the right button for 2 seconds to exit calibration; values are saved automatically.
• Input Voltage Calibration:
  1. Press the right button until the IN LED lights. Hold for 2 seconds to enter calibration mode.
  2. Adjust voltage using the right (increase) or left (decrease) buttons similar to output calibration.
  3. Hold the right button for 2 seconds to exit calibration mode; settings are saved.
